All
images are the property of studioiv. The sale of images is
restricted to private use and it may not be printed or copied
from the screen, photo copied, reproduced in any way, and
or distributed. The images may not be published or used for
any commercial purpose without the written consent of Mike
Gunn or Glen Harris of studioiv.
No third party printing company may copy or use a copy of
any image for any purpose without the written consent of Mike
Gunn or Glen Harris of studioiv.
Legal action will be taken if copyright conditions have been
broken.

Studio
Hire terms and conditions
The studio is hired and charged on an hourly rate.
1) Studio with lighting and backdrops £30.00 per hr
(with assistance £40.00 per hr).
2) Studio with lighting and infinity backdrops £30.00
per hr (with assistance £40.00 per hr) plus £10.00
per metre of soiled paper.
3) Any soiling behind the bleed line will be charged at £30.00
(bleed line is indicated by the tape on the floor).
4) Only people being photographed should be on the paper.
It is the responsibility of the photographer hiring the studio
to ensure that all models and subjects adhere to these rules.
5) Heel damage to the paper will be treated as soiling and
charged accordingly.
6) The photographer hiring the studio will be charged for
any soiling to the studio or equipment in the studio.
7) Breakage of equipment will be chargeable. This charge will
cover the cost of repair or replacement. It will also cover
the cost of P&P. It will also cover the cost of hiring
equipment whilst the damaged equipment is repaired or replaced
if necessary.
8) The correct exposure, colour temperature and shadow control
is the reasonability of the photographer hiring the studio.
9) No alcohol will be consumed on the premises.
10) No wet props (bubble machines) are to be used without
prior consent from studioiv.
Camera
settings for the studio
1) The colour temperature of the flash heads is 5000K.
2) The colour temperature of the tungsten heads is 3200K.
3) The flash heads will be set to accommodate a starting set
of:-
a. 200 iso
b. F8 aperture
c. 200 shutter speed

Disclaimer
:- studioiv will endeavour to ensure all master images are
stored securely and backed up off site. However in the unlikely
event of fire, flood, theft, act of god or war should the
original images be lost, studioiv cannot and will not be held
responsible for the loss of said master images. In the unlikely
event of an image original being lost, a full refund of any
monies paid towards that image will be refunded.
